Community Program

Meet with your Pit Crew

A safe space where you belong and find your people.

Your Pit Crew is a consistent, welcoming space—physical and community-based—where you can show up and just be. It's where life actually happens: projects get worked on, conversations happen over something to do with your hands, people show up without needing a reason. Over time, the people you find there become your pit crew—your people. Not because you were assigned to each other, but because you kept showing up to the same place. A community with no expiration date. The door stays open.

What participants learn:

  • A consistent, welcoming safe space for community and belonging
  • Peer mentorship: those further along the road helping those just starting
  • Shared experiences, traditions, and lasting friendships that build over time
  • A community that doesn't end when a program does. The door stays open.

Program Outcomes

Graduates of this program are equipped to:

Have somewhere to go and people to call
Build relationships based on loyalty, not obligation
Experience belonging without conditions or expiration dates
Become part of something that gives back to the next generation
