Jeremy Seipel
Adoptive parent. Foster parent. Executive strategist. And the person who decided that foster youth deserve a real roadmap.
Jeremy Seipel is an Executive Technologist and Strategist with over a decade of experience leading digital transformation initiatives and managing global portfolios valued at over $10 million.
But what sets Jeremy apart isn't his MBA from Kennesaw State University or his corporate credentials. It's that he adopted his teenage daughter and actively fosters other teens. He understands the foster care crisis not as an abstract problem, but as a daily reality.
He also serves as a Board Member and Secretary for BEATS, Inc., an equine-assisted therapy and adaptive riding non-profit, focused on helping kids with needs, bringing additional expertise in multi-modal youth support approaches.
OnRamp To Independence is his answer to a simple question: what if every foster youth had access to the same knowledge transfer, lived experience, and opportunities as their peers?
His vision is straightforward: apply the rigor of executive strategy to the challenge of moving from youth to adulthood, then provide the youth with the mentorship, skills, and tools required to help them achieve independence.
“Every young person deserves a roadmap. Not just hope. An actual plan, with tools and people behind it.”- Jeremy Seipel, Founder

Why Lived Experience Matters
Organizations that study foster care from the outside often miss what the youth actually need. Jeremy built OnRamp from the inside, as a parent, an advocate, and someone who sits at the kitchen table every night with the teens this work is designed to serve.
That proximity to the problem is the organization's greatest asset and its greatest responsibility.
