OnRamp To Independence is a Georgia-based 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Our Site serves as a public resource to provide information about our programs, accept donations, receive program applications and contact submissions, and support our mission to empower foster youth and young adults aging out of care.

By submitting a donation, you authorize the charge to your payment method and confirm that the information you provide is accurate. All donations to OnRamp To Independence are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law as a qualified charitable contribution to a 501(c)(3) organization. We will provide a donation receipt via email upon request.

OnRamp To Independence is responsible for determining how donated funds are used in furtherance of our mission. Donations are non-refundable except in cases of processing error. If you believe a donation was made in error, contact us within 30 days at info@onramp-independence.org.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
